Brunei Recipe : Black Glutinous Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
- 100g black glutinous rice
- 250g sugar
- 160ml water
- 300ml thick coconut milk
- 200ml thin coconut milk
- 1 pandan leaf
- ¼ tsp salt
For decoration:
- A little thick coconut milk
Directions:
- Boil black glutinous rice until soft. Set aside.
- Boil sugar, water and pandan leaf together.
- Add salt, thick and thin coconut milk to the sugar syrup.
- Let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add cooked glutinous rice to the mixture. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle thick coconut milk on glutinous rice.
- Serve hot or cold.
