Malaysian Recipe : Chicken Liver in Soy Sauce

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken liver, washed and drained
Seasoning:
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp thick soy sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted and ground coriander seeds
- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Marinate the chicken liver with seasoning for 30 mins.
- Add in the flour and coat well.
- Pour oil into a saucepan. Set the fire on low and quickly fry the marinated liver till cooked.
- Add in the coriander, tomatoes and onion rings. After a quick stir to coat, cover and allow to cook for 5 mins. Turn off the fire.
- Dish and serve garnished with Chinese celery and chilies.
