Malaysian Recipe : Chili Crab
|

Ingredients:
- 2 large crabs
- 10 g garlic
- 10 g ginger
- 20 g onion
- 10 g chili powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 50 g diced capsicum
- 50 g diced onion
- 20 g chopped green chilies
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Clean and dust the crabs with cornstarch and keep aside.
- Grind thee garlic, ginger, onion and green chilies together to a fine paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, ginger, onions and chili paste and fry till golden brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Sauté the crabs in the sauce and keep tossing till it becomes dry. Serve immediately.
