Myanmar Recipe : Chin Hin Sour Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, pounded
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 or 3 green tomatoes, chopped
- 40g torn spinach or other greens
- 1 to 1 ½ liter fish stock or boiling water
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil in a saucepan, stir fry the onion, garlic and turmeric powder for 30 seconds.
- Add the tomatoes and spinach. Stir well. Then add the fish stock or water and bring to the boil.
- Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add salt to taste. Serve with rice.
