Indian Recipe : Chopped Chicken with Fenugreek Leaves

Serving Ideas : Is great as a stuffing for sandwiches. Also, goes well with puri, nan, plain white rice, chapathi, etc.

Ingredients:
Set One
- 2 pounds chopped chicken
- 2 medium onions, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 medium green chiles
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
Set two
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds powder
- 5 whole clove
- 5 garlic pods
- 1 piece cinnamon stick (1 inch)
- 1/2 pound fenugreek leaves, without stems
- 1/4 cup oil
Directions:
- Boil all the items of Set 1 in a pot until the water evaporates.
- In a skillet heat oil and add fenugreek leaves. On high heat fry the leaves for 5 minutes and then add the contents of the above pot. Again, on medium heat fry for 5 minutes. Crush items of Set 2 and add to the skillet. Keep frying on low heat for another two minutes and remove from heat
