Indian Recipe : Kashmiri Waru Masa

Ingredients:

• 250 gms garlic
• 125 gms capsicum
• 75 gms dry red chilies
• 75 gms aniseed
• 12.5 gms cloves
• 12.5 gms coriander
• 12.5 gms cinnamon
• 23 gms cardamom
• 50 gms salt
• 10 gms cumin seeds
• 1/8 cups mustard oil
• 5 gms dry ginger

(To be done in 2 batches)

Directions:

1. Grind the ingredients at high speed for 3 minutes. The fine powder obtained can be stored airtight.
