Laotian Recipe : Beef Salad – Channam Touk

Ingredients:
- 240g beef, thinly sliced
- 8 red & green chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks parsley, chopped
- 4 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 large white onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks lemon grass, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 60g beansprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30 ml oil
Directions:
- Mix beef with chilies and parsley. Marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil and stir fry until beef is tender.
- Combine the lime leaves, white onion, lemon grass, garlic, paprika powder and beansprouts in a bowl.
- Add beef, fish sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
