Malaysian Recipe : Peanut Sauce
|

Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 250g roasted peanuts
- 3-4 red chilies
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Blend the onion, roasted peanuts, chilies and garlic together until they form a thick paste.
- Put water in saucepan with vinegar, soy sauce and oil and allow to heat slowly
- Stir in the peanut paste and cook for 10 minutes stirring all the time. Season with salt and allow to cool before serving.
Note: Sauce should be thick and have a creamy consistency.
