Malaysian Recipe : Pepper Crabs

Cooking time: 20 mins
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ kg crabs
- 1 green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
- ½ cup oil
A:
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp dried shrimps
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 sprigs of curry leaves
B:
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Chinese wine (optional)
- 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
Directions:
- Rinse the crabs. Cut them into quarters. Lightly crack the pincers.
- With oil in the Wok, fry ingredients B. Next, add the crabs and coat well with sauce. Cover and cook until steam appears.
- Add in the green pepper and after a quick stir, serve while still hot.
