Brunei Recipe : Rojak Brunei

Ingredients:
- 1 green apple, cubed
- 1 green pear, cubed
- 3 pineapple rings in syrup, cubed
- 1 slice papaya, cubed
- 1 star fruit, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Sauce ingredients:
- 60g peanuts, dry roasted
- 2 red chilies, chopped
- 2 cili padi, chopped
- 100g palm sugar
- 1 to 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 80-100ml warm water
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Keep fruits separately. Chill them.
- To prepare sauce: Grind peanuts until very fine. Add chilies, palm sugar, tamarind paste, water and salt to taste. Blend well to form a paste.
- Serve chilled fruits with sauce.
