Malaysian Recipe : Salted Fish Kerabu

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 250 g Mergui salted fish
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- Sugar to taste
- 12 shallots, sliced thinly
- 5 chilies, sliced thinly
- 10 chili padi, sliced thinly
Directions:
- Fry the salted fish till crispy. Drain and cool. Pound till its fine.
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
