Cambodian Recipe : Sweet and Sour Bean Curd Salad

Ingredients:
- 50ml oil
- 3 pieces bean curd, fried and diced
- 3 pieces sardines, flaked
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- ½ purple cabbage
- 50g broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 long beans, cut into 4 sections
Sauce ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ½ tbsp tomato puree
- 1 ½ tbsp tamarind puree
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 60ml water
Directions:
- Heat oil. Add bean curd, all the vegetables and sardine. Stir fry well.
- To prepare sauce: Thoroughly mix the sauce ingredients.
- Mix the cornflour with water and add to the sauce. Pour onto the beancurd combination. Stir to thicken.
- Serve warm.
