Vietnamese Recipe : Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 200g cauliflower, chopped
- 1 stalk lemon grass, finely chopped
- 50g long beans, cut into 6cm sections
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 4 fried bean curds, diced
- 1 stalk parsley, chopped
- 1 stalk coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4cm ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 150ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sambal belacan powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine bean curds with oyster sauce, honey, parsley and coriander leaves. Set aside.
- Heat oil, stir fry sliced ingredients. Add vegetables in batches. Stir fry until vegetables are heated through.
- Stir in vegetable stock, cornflour, lemon juice, sambal belacan powder and beancurd mixture.
- Stir until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
