Chinese Recipe : Fried Beef with Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef fillet, sliced
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 small cauliflower, separated and cooked
- 2 oz snow peas
- 1 tbsp wine
- Dash black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Combined sliced beef with egg white, ginger juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat deep oil and fry beef until tender; then drain.
- Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry snow peas and cauliflower. Add wine, pepper and salt.
- Add fried beef and stir well over high flame. Serve hot.
