Chinese Recipe : Fried Beef Liver
|
|
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sliced beef liver, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp flour
- Oil for deep frying
Directions:
- Soak liver in mixture of seasonings.
- Coat with flour and deep-fry to light brown. Serve hot.
