Chinese Recipe : Century Egg with Capsicum

Ingredients:
- 2 century eggs, peeled and cut in wedges
- 1 green pepper (capsicum), grilled until skin is slightly brown
- ½ tbsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp white rice vinegar
- ½ tsp peanut oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp sugar
- 3 cm ginger, cut in hair-like shreds
- 1 red-chilli, de-seeded and cut in hair-like shreds
Directions:
- Arrange the century eggs in a dish.
- Cut the grilled green pepper in wedges, discarding seeds.
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, mixing well.
- Pour over the century egg and green pepper and garnish with the shredded ginger and chilli.
