Famous Authentic Chinese Recipe : Double Fillet with Pineapple
1 ripe pineapple
240g rump beef
320g chicken breast
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
4 black mushroom raised in water
Adequate amount of red pepper shreds, Lettuce shreds, Purple cabbage shreds and Parsley
Adequate amount each of oil
Light soy sauce
Halve the ripe pineapple with sprouts, scrape pulp out of one half, cut the pulp into thick strips, wash them with salt water and drain. Then carve toothed patterns on the rims of the pineapple.
