Chinese Recipe : Fish with Bean Curd
|
|
Ingredients:
A:
- 1 lb fish, cut into bite-size pieces
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 stalk leek, diced
- 3 slices ginger
B:
- 2 cakes bean curd, cut into 1-inch squares
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp wine
- ½ tsp salt
- Dash of MSG
- 5 small red peppers or a few drops of Tabasco
Directions:
- Clean and scale fish, wash and wipe. Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry fish.
- Add remainder of A ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add bean curd and other B ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
