Famous Authentic Chinese Recipe : Stewed Yellow Croaker Potage
120g yellow croaker fillet
2 chicken eggs
3 black mushrooms raised in water
80g chopped celery
A dash each of chopped green onion, chopped ginger, pepper, yellow wine and sesame oil
40g light soy sauce
840g clear soup
Cut the yellow croaker fillet into pieces; cut ham and black mushrooms into dices; chop celery; beat chicken eggs.
Bringing clear soup to boil in a clean pot, put the yellow croaker fillet, ham dices and black mushroom dices in, add light soy sauce and wine in to stir fry well, stir in starch solution, pour the beaten egg juice in to stir a few times to form scrambled eggs, pour sesame oil and vinegar in, pour the potage from the pot into a bowl and sow chopped celery, chopped green onion and ginger and pepper for serving.
