Chinese Recipe : Braised Pork Loin with Noodles

Ingredients:
- ½ lb pork loin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wine
- 1 tbsp chopped leek
- ½ tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cups broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wine
- 5 small bowls cooked noodles (individual servings)
Directions:
- Soak pork loin for 20 minutes in mixture of soy sauce, wine, leek, ginger, black pepper. Save the liquid.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry pork on both sides until color turns to light brown.
- Add sugar and liquid from soaking. Boil until liquid evaporates.
- Remove pork from pan and cut into small pieces.
- Heat broth, adding salt, soy sauce, and wine. Bring to a boil.
- Place boiled noodles in bowl or casserole, pour in hot broth, and place pork on top. Serve hot.
