Chinese Recipe : Pork with Beansprouts and Peppers
|

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (about 250 g) pork, shredded
- 4 cups beansprouts, tailed and soaked
- 1 cup red and green hot peppers, shredded
- ¾ cup cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar blended with 1 tbsp Chinese wine
Directions:
- Drain beansprouts well and set aside. Rinse and drain hot peppers.
- Heat ¼ cup oil in wok or skillet.
- Add beansprouts and salt and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
- Drain beansprouts through a sieve. Discard liquid in the pan and wipe it.
- Heat ½ cup oil in a pan. Stir fry the meat and soy sauce in it for 1 minute.
- Add peppers and stir fry 30 seconds over high flame.
- Add beansprouts and blended mixture and stir fry quickly to mix.
