Chinese Recipe : Pork and Salted Egg
|

Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. minced pork, about 1/3 fat and 2/3 lean
- 1 tsp. rice wine
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 tsps. finely chopped onions
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- ¼ tsp. sesame oil
- 1 salted egg
Directions:
1) Mix the pork, rice wine, vinegar, onion, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil together, blending well. Put the mixture into a serving bowl.
2) Wash and break salted egg over the top of the meat, and steam for 30 minutes over a high heat. Eat with plain boiled rice.
