Chinese Recipe : Chicken in Wine
|
|
Ingredients:
- ½ spring chicken
- ½ stalk leek
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ cup wine
- ¼ cup soy sauce
Directions:
- Clean chicken, rub with 1 tbsp salt, place ginger and leek inside, and steam for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Soak chicken overnight in mixture of wine and soy sauce.
- Slice chicken and serve cold.
