Chinese Recipe : Deep Fried Chicken in Orange Juice

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken drumsticks
• 2 oranges
• 1 egg

Seasonings:

• 1 tbsp wine
• 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp curry powder
• 3 tbsp flour
• 3 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

1. Chop drumsticks into pieces. Squeeze out juice of oranges. Leave aside.
2. Mix orange juice with seasonings (except flour and cornstarch). Mix well. Add egg. Then, add chicken pieces in to marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Add flour and cornstarch into chicken pieces and mix well. Heat up half a pot of oil. Put chicken pieces in and deep fry till golden. Remove. Decorate with orange slices and serve.
