Chinese Recipe : Minced Pigeon
|
|
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (about 10 oz.) minced pigeon meat
- 1 tbsp wine
- 2 tbsp wine
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup dried mushrooms, soaked and chopped
- ¼ cup chopped bamboo shoot
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp cornstarch, mixed with ¾ cup water
- 12 lettuce leaves
Directions:
- Mix minced pigeon meat with wine, water and cornstarch.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté mixture. Add vegetable ingredients and seasonings. Thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- Serve in individual portions on lettuce leaves.
* Chicken may be substituted for pigeon meat.
