Chinese Recipe : Pan-Fried Chicken in Wine

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp oil
- 100g ginger, finely chopped
Marinade:
- 3 tbsp glutinous rice wine
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Dash of pepper and sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Directions:
- Mix chicken whole legs with marinade and marinate for 3 hours.
- Heat up oil, sauté chopped ginger until golden brown and crispy. Dish and drain.
- Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, pan-fry chicken at low heat until lightly brown and cooked. Dish up, sprinkle fried ginger on top and serve.
