Chinese Recipe : Stir-Fried Chicken Fillet with Salted Fish and Spring Onions

Ingredients:
- Oil for frying
- 110g onion bulbs, halved and sliced
- 20g garlic, minced
- 200g chicken fillet, sliced
- 40g salted fish, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp chicken stock
- ½ tsp chicken stock powder
- ½ tsp chopped ginger
- ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp cornflour (optional)
Directions:
- Heat oil in a wok, add the onion and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant before adding the chicken fillet. Mix well, add the salted fish and fry until aromatic.
- Add the chicken stock, chicken stock powder, ginger, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir and cook for 2 minutes or until chicken slices are done.
- Mix the cornflour with a little water and use this to thicken the gravy is desired.
