Chinese Salad Recipe : Chilled Cucumbers and Red Radishes

Ingredients:
- 5 small cucumbers
- 15 red radishes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 5 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Wash and cut cucumbers into thirds. Then cut each third lengthwise into quarters.
- Wash red radishes and crack them with the back of a heavy knife.
- Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry cucumbers and radishes.
- Add seasonings, stir briskly, and remove from fire.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
