Chinese Salad Recipe : Chinese Bamboo Shoots Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups canned sliced bamboo shoots
- 2 stalks spring onions, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- ¼ cup parsley
Directions:
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a saucepan.
- Sauté onion and garlic until golden brown.
- In a bowl combine bamboo shoots, soy sauce, chilli sauce, lime juice, spring onions and onion-garlic mixture.
- Place on a serving platter, garnished with parsley.
