Chinese Recipe : Chinese Mustard Dipping Sauce

Serve with: Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, Spareribs, Fried Wonton and other deep-fried appetizers, Deep-fried dishes, particularly chicken and shrimp
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:

4 tsps. dry mustard

6 tbsps. soy sauce

4 tbsps. cider vinegar

2 tsps. sesame oil

1 tsp. sugar

Water
Directions:

Stir together well mustard, soy sauce, cider vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and a little water to taste.
