Chinese Recipe : Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. rice wine or dry sherry
  • 2 tbsps. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsps. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp. hot oil

Directions:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a small boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then cover and refrigerate until serving.
