Chinese Recipe : Szechuan Peppery Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tbsps chopped scallion
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsps red wine vinegar
3 tbsps soy sauce
3 tbsps chicken stock
1 tsp ground Szechuan Peppercorns
2 tsps hot oil

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
