Chinese Recipe : Crabmeat with Beancurd in Claypot

Ingredients:

• 150 gm crab meat
  
• 2 beancurds
  
• 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  
• 30 gm carrot, sliced
  
• 4 snow peas
  
• 10 gm ginger, sliced
  
• ½ tsp chopped garlic
  
• 1 sprig spring onion, shredded
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 tsp Shaoxing wine

Seasoning:

• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  
• 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  
• ¼ tsp salt
  
• Dash of sesame oil
  
• ¼ cup water

Thickening:

• ½ tsp cornflour solution

Directions:

1. Cut beancurd into 2 pieces, deep fry until golden brown. Dish and drain.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic, ginger, mushroom and carrot till fragrant. Add in beancurd, crabmeat and seasoning, bring to cook for 10 minutes.
3. Pour in thickening and follow by egg, mix well over low heat.
4. Add all ingredients in a claypot, sprinkle Shaoxing wine, coriander leaves and spring onion on top.
