Chinese Recipe - Shrimp-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
½ lb shrimp, shelled
¼ dried mushrooms
1 unbeaten egg white
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp wine
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Remove black veins from shrimps and chop fine.
Soak mushrooms in lukewarm water for 20 to 30 minutes and remove stems.
Mix chopped shrimp with egg white, cornstarch and seasonings.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture and steam for 10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with soy sauce.
