Chinese Recipe - Steamed Prawn with Wine

Ingredients:
- 450 gm tiger prawn, 8x
- 25 g ginger, shredded
Seasoning:
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ cup Shaoxing wine
Directions:
- Remove legs, devein, clean and pat dry prawns. Arrange into a deep dish. Slice ginger for later use.
- Mix well prawn with seasoning, sprinkle ginger shreds on top.
- Steam for 7 minutes over medium heat. Serve.
