Chinese Recipe - Sweet and Sour Crab

Ingredients:

• 450 gm coral crab (3x)
  
• 1 green chilli, chopped
  
• 1 red chilli, chopped
  
• ½ onion, chopped
  
• 1 tsp chopped garlic

Seasoning:

• 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  
• ½ tbsp vinegar
  
• ½ tsp salt
  
• 1 tbsp sugar
  
• ¼ cup water

Directions:

1. Remove shell of crab, scrape inner parts and clean well. Chop into 8 pieces. Pat crab claws, for later use.
2. Deep fry capsicum, chilli, onion wedges and crab pieces until half-cooked. Dish and drain, for later use.
3. Heat up wok with 1 tbsp oil, stir fry chopped garlic till fragrant. Return pre-fried capsicum, onion, chilli. Lastly pour in seasoning, stir well till cooked. Dish up.
