Chinese Recipe - Aloe Vera and Spare Rib Soup

Ingredients:
- 300g spare ribs, cut into pieces
- 200g aloe vera, removed skin and cut into chunks
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 green apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 liter water
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Blanch spare ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up, clean and drain well.
- Put all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 ½ hours. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
