Chinese Recipe : Beancurd and Spinach Soup

This is an Eastern Chinese recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cake beancurd
- 4 ¼ cups stock
- ¼ lb spinach
- 2 tsps salt
- ½ tsp MSG
Directions:
- Cut the beancurd into 12 small slices about ¼ inch thick.
- Bring the stock to the boil in a saucepan.
- Add the spinach and bean curd and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Skim the soup to make it clear, then pour it over the salt and MSG in a large serving bowl. Stir and serve hot.
