Chinese Recipe : Cucumber and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
- 150g black mushrooms
- 1 can pickled cucumber
- 200g bamboo shoot
- 20g shredded ginger
Seasonings:
- A little sesame oil, salt and sugar
Directions:
- Rinse and soak mushrooms in water. Cut and deep fry.
- Rinse bamboo shoot. Cut into slices and blanch in boiling water.
- Cook six ladles of water with seasonings, shredded ginger and all ingredients.
- Serve at once in bowls.
