Chinese Recipe - Frog Soup with Bittergourd and Lotus Seeds

Ingredients:
- 2 cleaned frogs, cut into pieces
- 250g spare ribs
- ½ bittergourd, cut into thick slices
- 2 tbsp lotus seeds
- 5 dried figs
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Blanch frogs, spare ribs and bitter gourd in boiling water for 1 minute. Dish and rinse.
- Put all ingredients into a double-boiler, double-boil at high heat for 3 hours.
- Add in salt and serve hot.
