Chinese Recipe - Old Ginger Mutton Soup

Ingredients:
- 600 g mutton (with bone), cut into pieces
- 200g old ginger, cleaned and crushed
- 30g yu zu
- 1 tbsp Chinese wolfberries
- 2 liter of water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Blanch mutton in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up, wash and drain.
- Bake old ginger in a wok until fragrant. Put all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
