Chinese Recipe - Ox Marrow with Lemon Soup

This soup improves appetite annd reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 10 oz fresh ox marrow
  • 10 oz lean pork
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 2 slices ginger

Seasoning:

  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Halve lemon. Cut one half into large pieces and thinly slice the other half.
  2. Wash and blanch lean pork in boiling water for a while. Rinse.
  3. Rinse ox marrow. Blanch in boiling water together with ginger and scallion for a while, dish up. Rinse and section.
  4. Boil suitable amount of water. Put in lemon pieces and lean pork. Boil for 1 hour. Remove lemon. Add ox marrow. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir in seasoning. Garnish with lemon slices. Ready to serve.
