Chinese Recipe - Small Red Bean and Sole Black Garlic Soup

Ingredients:

  • 200g spare ribs, blanched for a short while
  • 5 pips sole black garlic, washed
  • 100g small red beans
  • 8 red dates, seeded
  • 2.5 liter of water
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to boil at high heat.
  2. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 hours. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.

Note: Use normal white garlic if sole black garlic is unavailable.
