Chinese Recipe - Stewed Turtle Soup w/ Chicken Feet

Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 lb turtle meat
- 6 chicken feet
- 2 slices ginger
- 3 oz Chinese ham
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Seasoning:
Directions:
- Chop up turtle; blanch in boiling water and drain. Remove outer membrane and wash.
- Trim tough skin and claws from chicken feet. Rinse and drain. Wash and slice ham.
- Put turtle, chicken feet and ham in a stewing pot together with suitable amount of water. Add Shaoxing wine and ginger. Stew for 3 hours. Stir in seasoning. Serve hot.
