This soup helps to ease digestion, replenish blood and improve eyesight. Not recommended for those with gastric disorders.
- 8 oz tomato
- 5 oz pig's liver
- 1 slice ginger
- Pinch of parsley
- 4 bowls of water
- ½ tsp ginger sauce
- ½ tsp wine
- ½ tsp cooked oil
- ½ tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Wash and cut tomato into wedges.
- Wash and thinly slice pig's liver. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sauté tomato and ginger with ½ tbsp oil. Add water and bring to the boil. Parboil for 15 minutes.
- Put in pig's liver. When boiling stir in seasoning. Sprinkle with parsley. Ready to serve.
