Chinese Recipe : Whole Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 spring chicken
- 1 stalk leek
- 10 quail eggs
- 1 lb cut vegetables
- 2 tbsp wine
- 2 tsp salt, or to taste
Directions:
- Boil chicken with leek and sufficient water for 40 minutes or until tender.
- Boil quail eggs and soak in water, shell.
- Add vegetables, quail eggs, and seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
- Tear chicken apart before dish is served. Serve small dishes of soy sauce for dipping chicken.
