Chinese Recipe : Wholesome Vegetable Soup (Microwave)

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 500 ml water
- 150 g chicken pieces, without skin
- 150 g carrot, cut into wedges
- 100 g potato, cut into wedges
- 75 g Bombay onions, cut into wedges
- 50 g button mushroom
- 50 g tomatoes
- 1 pc chicken stock cube
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a deep microwave safe casserole.
- Cook uncovered on power high for 12 to 15 minutes and Medium for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Serve soup hot with rice or buttered buns or toast.
