Chinese Recipe : Bean Curd with Soy Sauce
Serves 2
Ingredients:
½ cup parsley
2 fresh scallions
4 tbsp peanut oil
1 teaspoon seasoning powder and pinch of pepper
3 tbsp light soy sauce
6 cakes bean curd
Directions:
Cut bean curd into 4 slices each and place in deep dish. You can also divide into 2 portions and place on individual plates.
Mix light soy sauce with seasoning powder and pinch of pepper. Pour over bean curd.
Pour heated peanut oil over bean curd.
Garnish with scallions and parsley.
