Chinese Recipe : Black Fungus and Bean

A very traditional and healthy Chinese recipe)
Ingredients:
- 100g black fungus
- 50g black beans
- 50g peanuts
- 3 Tbsp barley
- 1/2 cup red or brown rice
Directions:
- Boil 12 cups of water, add all ingredients and bring to a large boil.
- Cook at low heat for 2 hours, add salt to taste
