Famous Authentic Chinese Recipe - Braised Vegetable Assortment of Four

Ingredients:
- 80g bamboo shoot tips
- 40g straw mushrooms raised in water
- 40g fresh white mushrooms
- Adequate amount of green broccoli
- 20g dried new bamboo shoots
- 40g lean ham
Seasonings:
- Adequate amount each of oyster sauce and chicken fat, a dash each of MSG, starch, salt and sugar
- 320g chicken soup
Directions:
- Deep fry bamboo shoot tips, straw mushrooms, white mushrooms and new bamboo shoots in warm oil over mild heat for a while, add a dash each of chicken soup, chicken fat, oyster sauce, MSG and sugar, stew them for 5 minutes until cooked and place them separately in the centre of a plate in the shape of the petals of a flower.
- Just before eating, steam the (1) for 10 minutes, fry green broccoli with oil and salt and garnish the plate around with it.
- Add starch and chicken fat to the soup lift after stewing the vegetables to make serving sauce and pour it over the (2) for serving.
